"Mo Miles" Goes in for a "Second Opinion"
This is the story of a hybrid car, purchased in October 2003. Narrated by a once hyper-evangelistic owner who purchased special license plates reading "Mo Miles," this blog covers the owner's meandering drive from pre-purchase to post-purchase and carefully examines the gap between advertising promise and actual results. Author remains devoted to advancements and adoption of hybrid-technology, but is equally commited to educating buyers about the "complete story," especially around mileage.

Some time ago you posted on my blog AutoMuse asking if I had any thoughts on automotive-related weblogs. There really aren't that many out there -- surprising considering that virtually every adult outside of NYC drives one.
There is Autoblog.com which identifies itself as an online car magazine, and some smaller ones, but I can't say that I have found many that make me truly excited.
Sorry about the delay in responding. I am a lawyer, am new to blogging, and am clearly blog-challenged. For the last two years I have written the automotive legal column for AutoGuide.net and was happy to discover a less formal outlet for thoughts and quick posts. After I started the initial blog, the company I work for thought it would be a great idea to migrate the blog to the vehicleinfo.com website, so I have been back and forth trying to figure out too many blog and program issues to have any proper sense of time.
At this point, the AutoMuse weblog is up (sort of) at www.vehicleinfo.com/AutoMuse, but I am still working with the AutoMuse.typepad.com because it is sooooooo much easier to use.
I would like to get in touch with you because I am interested in your hybrid experience and have some thoughts of my own on the topic. Heck, we're practically neighbors as I'm located halfway between Cleveland and Akron.
Feel free to send me an email. If you have a moment, drop me a line at eeversman at hotmail dot com.
